Ingredients:

  • 12 Jalapenos
  • Cup of Terra Verde Garlic EVOO
  • Salt of Taste

Direction:

  • Grill the jalapenos and then peel off the burnt skin or boil them for 10 minutes and leave the skins on.
  • Put the jalapenos into a good blender.
  • Put the blender on high and slowly bowl drizzle in the oil.
  • Add the salt to taste. It may take more that you think. Use good Kosher or Sea salt if you have it.

Note: If you add the oil to quickly the sauce may break. 1 cup is approximate. Drizzle in enough to make the consistency of sauce that you want. Enjoy.
